By accessing or using Vibeli (“the Service”), operated by Vibeli Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Vibeli provides a platform for concept testing and user feedback through AI-moderated voice interviews. Builders can create Vibe Checks to validate ideas with real users, and reviewers can participate in paid feedback sessions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Vibeli uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased or earned and can be used to launch concept tests. Credit balances are non-transferable. Refund policies apply as described in our credit system documentation.
You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Vibeli a license to use it for providing the Service. Reviewer responses are owned by the builder who commissioned the Vibe Check.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: submitting misleading content, gaming the review system, harassing reviewers, or violating applicable laws.
The Service is provided “as is.” Vibeli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
