Provide and improve the Vibeli platform
Process concept tests and deliver feedback reports
Manage credits, payments, and payouts
Send notifications about your Vibe Checks and account
Ensure platform quality and prevent abuse

3. Voice & Audio Data

Vibeli collects voice recordings from interview sessions. These recordings are transcribed and analyzed to generate insights. All voice data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Recordings are retained for the duration needed to deliver results and may be deleted upon request.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., showing anonymized reviewer responses to builders) and with service providers who assist in operating the platform.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. SOC 2 Type II compliance is in progress.

You can access, update, or delete your personal information through your account settings. You may request a full data export or account deletion by contacting us.
